In 2022 I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I specialized in public policy and management and most the courses I took focused on the human side of business. While I took classes on supply chain, accounting and finance, I found my passion looking at how we create organizations that thrive. This is likely unsurprising given that my undergraduate degree was in Psychology. This section of the website is to share lessons learned, frameworks and tools, emerging research etc. All the things that may help you if happen to find yourself in leadership position.
